The type of coupler you have now is an underslung style since it is attached to the bottom of your trailer frame. Now the Equal-i-zer kit # EQ37141ET can fit your trailer but you'll have to get a little creative with how you attach the frame bracket. You'll need to weld the bracket to the side of the frame like in the picture I attached since your frame dimensions are too tall and you'd need the brackets lower to compensate for the underslung coupler.

The Lippert Smart Jack Electric Trailer Jack part # LC643589 is a good innovative option with memory features but it does have a design flaw in my opinion. The touchpad or controls are on the top of the jack. The reason that this is a problem is because the seals around the controls break down over time and water gets inside ruining the jack. Since your bumper hangs below the rear frame it would be hard to mount a frame mounted hitch without taking the RV to a fabricator who could hopefully come up with something custom fit. Otherwise you'd have to use a bumper mounted hitch like the Curt # E-100. view full answer...
It really just depends on the AC unit you go with. Most likely what is causing the breakers to trip is the initial draw of the AC units when they start up.
